Shipping & Handling

We ship flooring nationwide utilizing the services of a few select carriers. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the order and the distance between the origination and destination locations.

What we need for an exact freight quotation:

  • The style of product you are interested in.
  • The amount of the flooring you will require including extra materials (5%)
  • The destination address including Zip Code.
  • Addition delivery options needed such as residential delivery.

What you must do when your order arrives:
Inspect the goods thoroughly for damages. In the unlikely event that there are damages make sure that they are noted on the delivery receipt that is provided for you. We will not accept freight damage claims without this receipt. You must be home to accept the residential delivery. You will need to help unload the materials from the truck. If you are unable to do so please contact us for a Special Service Quotation. Regulations and liabilities of the freight companies do not permit for special services that are not contracted in advance. Take your flooring in to the space where it is to be installed to allow for the proper acclimation time (3-4 days).

Returns:
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open boxes, close-outs, or items no longer in stock. Special orders are non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason, other than defect. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
